If you find a video on YouTube and want to include them in your digital project, you are able to copy the embed code directly from YouTube and add it to your site. There aren’t really any copyright implications you need to consider if you are just embedding from YouTube. However, if the video is taken down from YouTube because it violates someone’s copyright, or the original poster decides to take it down, it will no longer appear on your project.
Alternatively, you can find videos with Creative Commons licenses on YouTube. Just click the filter option beneath the search bar and look for Creative Commons under the features menu.

Internet Archive has a collection of user-submitted stock footage that you are allowed to reuse in your own content.
